Our policy on returns and refunds.
Custom-printed items
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, custom-printed products are generally non-returnable unless:
- The product is defective (e.g. manufacturing fault, torn seam, broken component).
- The print quality does not match the approved preview (e.g. incorrect colours, missing elements).
- You received the wrong item.
In any of these cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and at least one clear photo of the issue. We will reprint or refund your order in full.
Non-personalised items
Non-personalised (off-the-shelf) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
How to start a return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- Our support team will review and respond within 1 business day.
- If approved, you'll receive instructions for the reprint or refund.
